However, when i spoke to a representative from S******, somehow, i came away owning another block ( a one bed apartment in B***)!

I continued maintenance payments never stopping with these. I asked S***** to sell/dispose of my weeks but to no avail.

Holiday Opportunities was to be my last chance to rid myself of these weeks. I went to see their representatives being rather cynical and negative about the whole thing, as i had already spent thousands trying to dispose of my timeshares. I was rather sceptical that they would do what they said as I'd heard it all before, but paid my money and hoped for the best.

Tina especially, was very helpful and was always willing to spend time re-assuring me whenever i rang the office. There was a lot of toing and throwing but eventually i received letters to say i no longer owned the timeshares.

Holiday Opportunities looked after me throughout, always there when i needed re-assurance. I have found them both professional and friendly at all times. If ever i was feeling discouraged i would phone their office and speak with Tina and she would re-assure me that everything was going to be fine.

I would recommend the company to anyone who needs to dispose of their timeshares and that they are patient as Holiday opportunities gets there!!

I have now successfully disposed of my timeshares and have Holiday Opportunities to thank for that

Mr McConnell

Timeshare Companies and Compassion: an Improbable Match.

After we hear the stories of the little old ladies having lost their loved ones and still being tied into a timeshare contract, which they cannot only, not afford but not even visit the site that they are having to pay for.

It appears that terminal illness is also not an 'easy route out' We have been made aware of a woman who has a very serious illness and has been told she cannot leave her house for long periods of time, so the timeshare she and her husband own is inadequate, let alone a waste of money.

As we hear about Mrs P (who we will name Mrs P for confidentiality reasons) and the suffering, she is already facing along with the added pressure of debt collectors letters and the court judgments on her. she tells us about her dealings with the timeshare company and the conversations they have had between them, they told her that they would not take back her weeks but they WOULD take her to court for the money owed to them. Which she states will not happen as they are barely surviving themselves!

Fortunately Mrs P had seen an advert and contacted us so we managed to her and her husband. They received confirmation that they were no longer the owners of there timeshare. they were so relived about and now they can concentrate on their lives with that worry over them.

So with the title, Timeshare companies and compassion should never be used in the same sentence, as the two words just don't go together!!

Death doesn't bring an end to your Timeshare!!!

Owners of Macdonalds Resorts Limited are ever finding out that the death of someone is not the end to their timeshare we begin asking questions when we read and article back in October 2010 in the Mail on Sunday with a massive headline stating

"DEATH DOESN'T BRING AN END TO YOUR TIMESHARE"

We read about a lady named Mrs C.L.D and about the heart ache she had faced by Macdonalds Resorts International just after her husband had died the pressure this company had put her under just adding salt to the wounds by refusing to take back the timeshare she and her husband had owned and still did, it was said the Mr Macdonald himself would refuse to take this away from them and advised Mrs CLD that by going bankrupt would be the only way she could get out paying these astronomical maintainable fees on her timeshare, not only this they would take the owing money from her estate by freezing it and they could dip into it every year for eternity. In Perpetuity timeshare.

By the sounds of things Macdonalds base their business Idea on that when owners pass away their Timeshare will be inherited by a relative which is another disappointing move by Macdonalds, I mean who in the right mind would want to leave something so costly and worrying to thier children? Which they probably wouldn't use in the first place.

Jackson the Managing Director of Macdonalds said ' Its not out policy to take back into out inventory the weeks of deceased owners, and the owners Estate was liable for all debts which continue to attach to the estate after death.

If anyone is feeling the strain of the same problems as Mrs CLD with Macdonalds or any other resort then leave us a message and we can see if we can help you and advise you on what to do next by answering as many questions as possible.
