Miss B has owned her points for a while and has noticed over time that, even though the fees rise, the standard of the holidays do not - meaning her £1700 is not getting her the holidays that it should.

Despite numerous attempts to dispose of them herself, by visiting the usual companies offereing to sell her something in return for taking her points off her hands, and the classic "We will adviertise them for you at x amount and they will sell, only for them not to sell"

Miss B was very impressed with our straightforward exit policy, which is upheld by testimonials and satisfaction surveys from previous clients which we were more than happy to put Miss B in contact with.

Negotiations are still ongoing as our admin staff are trying to get some of the outstanding maintenance fees reduced to help Miss B a little bit more
