Unfortunately as much as we are exceedingly good at our job, we can only go as fast as the management company and trustee company do.
It is very true that when it comes to buying a timeshare that the Management Company will push the Trustee company to issue a certificate of ownership (sealing your liability to the fees), unfortunately this is not the case when it comes to actually getting your name off the document - as you can appreciate they want to keep you on there for as long as possible and get as many fees out of you as possible.
In the case of Mr & Mrs H it took nearly a year to obtain notification that they were no longer the owner of the timeshare. Thjs was down to many factors but mainly the fact that there was a new management company which while finding their feet also chose to drag their heels, something you do not expect from a UK Management company, and difficulties arose from this new management company.
Thankfully the staff here at Timeshare Relief are nothing if not persisitent and exceedingly knowledgeable (if you consider that between them they have over 100 years experience in the Timeshare/Holiday Ownership Industry), and we have never yet failed to get someone released from their ownership.
Finally Mr & Mrs H got their confirmation letter in March 2015
