Not everyone who comes to see us hates Timeshare as was the case of Mr & Mrs P who first contacted us after seeing one of our advertisements in the National Press.
They had owned theirs for years and had gone so far as to add points to their ownership, but due to ill health and the fact that they were maturing in years they found that this no longer suited their life and they wanted to deal with the situation as quickly as possible.
Were told by the resort to find a buyer yourself as it's your responsibility until you do.
Which brings us back to the phone call they made to ourselves. We arranged for a representative to call and see them in their own home and discuss everything with them (this is something that is possible for all clients), but Mr & Mrs P have even called into the office to meet the administration team also.
Everyone asks how long will the transfer take and Timeshare Relief are always upfront and honest and say that due to having two kinds of ownership this can make the process take considerably longer as you are dealing with not 1 buy 2 Management Companies.
That being said Mr & Mrs P should have received their final confirmation last Friday and will be completing a customer satisfaction survery shortly
