Our Timeshare company didn't even bother contacting us when they found out we no longer wished to keep our timeshare, due to the fact we had Timeshare Relief dealing with our timeshare resort. they dealt with all the queries and only contacting us when absolutely necessary. Tina was an absolute star in dealing with our resort, very helpful as were all of the staff, They were very sympathetic about us loosing money to resale companies, its a story  they hear regularly. Would advise anyone at the end of their tether to go and see them, such a weight off the shoulders.

We were so disappointed having walked away with a timeshare, there was no cooling off period in which we could cancel and would have infact done so given half the chance.

Having never used, we had first asked a family member who is infact a solicitor and there was nothing he could do and no ways in or out of it. He then helped us research and found Timeshare Relief everything seemed to check out which we were very skeptical about because we had spent £1000's on bogus resale companies. we then went to see them and what a helpful service they had provided us with. We no longer own our timeshare

We ended up with *** points after having much use out of our timeshare in Ibiza we were paying £400 a year and paid £4,000 to own it. We did have great use out it but now in our 70's we no longer wanted to pay for something we could no longer use.

Being very suspicious at first we went to see Timeshare Relief to help us out, so we didn't have to leave this with our children and family members, as it would one day be the same situation for them as it is for us, not something we wanted for them.

Timeshare Relief are very professional and a lady we felt dealt with us particularly well was Tina she was most helpful.

My wife and i used to own our timeshare in the Algarve with ****** 

Timeshare Relief has successfully removed us from our contracts saving us the yearly increasing maintenance fees  we received all of the paperwork promptly.

We owned our timeshare in Tenerife we visited our 'FREE' holiday and were pitched a hard sale pitch with the promise of investment £25,000 + so we took it as we thought good investment. well back in reality we ended up with 3 weeks as we gained one week after another, we got ripped off by making a mistake with another resale company so sought out legal help through solicitors which also could not get us out of our timeshare.

Eventually we did a lot of cautious research and found Timeshare Relief and contacted them, they were very professional and did exactly what they say they would do the resort on the other hand were very unhelpful and tried to sell different apartments as yet another investment, and threatened to remove us from from the resort.

Now released from the contract we have Timeshare Relief to thank.

we owned at *****  Ltd week 2 and paying £420 in maintenance fees and a £3000 cost to own this week. 

We had been on the resale website for so long waiting to sell our week and realising this was taking much longer then expected with no luck of any interest on it. we eventually contacted Timeshare Relief for help after contacting them, the resort was very slow in processing paper work and confirmation that we no longer owned our timeshare i assume it was to want us to change our minds, WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

We had 2 floating weeks to dispose of from ****. with maintenance fee rising we contacted the resort and we signed a contract for them to put on the resale list on their website, so we were paying the maintenance fees until we could sell the weeks and even then with no guarantee or a set date when we would get rid of them. 

Thankfully we found Timeshare relief and they managed to remove us from our contracts of the weeks and we did not have to pay for them any longer and nor the fees for resale list.

I owned it with my wife and then she passed away and i became ill, and not to mention being in my 80's  i needed to get rid of my weeks.

I did not want my family to inherit this burden after i was gone,

Living in Spain we were struggling to find a genuine company to help us out of our timeshare, we had found many bogus ones and a shortage of the 'real deal' so we had looked in to many and came across Timeshare Relief after doing the research we decided we would contact them even if it was just to see what they had to say and we were happy so we went ahead to meet them in Stratford. The fact we paid £5000 to own the timeshare and then paying a further £300 a year for this, we got use of it when we first had it and had some wonderful holidays out of it but these days we not going on holiday every year and we could infact use this money to go somewhere of our choice.

The service we received was very good and we are so thankful that we used this company to come away from it, i have infact recommended a friend of mine to Timeshare Relief aswell.

We did our research into the resale companies in the Timeshare business and had read good things about Timeshare Relief. we decide to contact them to see if they can help, we were reading all of the horror stories of **** all over the internet and so we were desperate to get out before things started going pear shaped.

We had points 5,000 for ****resorts paying £706 for a yearly maintenance fee.

We have no children of our own to give the unwanted points too, although we do have 2 nieces but they were in financial difficulty and we didn't want to leave the debts to them.

We were so fed up with paying for something we weren't using as we never ever managed to get the weeks we wanted and decided to contacted Timeshare Relief.

We have been very pleased how easy it was to dispose of our Timeshare, after trying unsuccessfully with another Timeshare resale company,

We are both retired and were left with an unwanted timeshare which we couldn't use. After contacting Timeshare relief to help us out of our timeshare we didn't have to have anymore contact with **** resorts and we had all of our paperwork through to state we were no longer the owners Great news!

We paid £460 for week 43 on the *** Boat, we used to get use out of our timeshare but then time moved on and we were no longer able to travel around anymore so we didn't get any use out of it.

After waiting so long due to the bogus companies out there and being very skeptical of them all we researched Timeshare relief and contacted them, They helped us out of our contract and we no longer pay maintenance for something we don't use,

All paper work was returned and with written confirmation from the resort within 6 weeks, which stated we were no longer the owner of our Timeshare.

 

All services provided by Timeshare Relief were excellent and the staff were excellent too!!

We owned our timeshare at ****and with a maintenance fee of £400 we were determined to get out, we contacted Timeshare Relief to help us out and that is just what they did. We received all of paperwork back with in 6 weeks and they were very helpful with whatever we needed all enquiries and questions were answered promptly.

Becky was clear on what was going to happen and the route we were going down and she was Kind, helpful and caring.

We had 6,000 points with **** International and we had paid a maintenance fee of £780 yearly and we basically just wanted to get rid of our points, which we first paid £10,000 to own them in the first place so in 10 more years we would have paid yet another £7,800 so we needed to get rid of them. Timeshare Relief helped us to do just that .

The service provided by Timeshare Relief in one word was GREAT everything described in the fist meeting has been carried out just as they said they would do! and if we needed anymore information there was always someone on the phone to help.

We have spoken to most staff on the phone Becky, Keely, Selene and they have all been very helpful and have dealt with our enquiries very well.

We were paying £506.00 a year for our two bed with ***** in Costa Del Sol and we first paid £8,000 for our timeshare.

We wanted to get out of our contract so we contacted ***** which wouldn't help us,

The horror stories that were to come that i was reading all over the internet being that if you don't pay the yearly fees then **** will  put will put charges on your house and will most definitely take you to court.

So we contacted Timeshare Relief after doing some research and they were able to help us out of contracts and save us all of that money and the stress of what would happen next.

We owned at ****** and i hated the fact that i was talked into buying a timeshare, and especially one that we just didn't and wouldn't use.

We paid for a floating week during the high season and for a 1 bedroom we were paying £400 a year and paid £7000 just for the use of it.

Timeshare Relief have done exactly what they said they would do and honored payment, and they have advised us to disposed ourselves of our *** points at the end of year 2011, which we will be doing aswell.

Owning a week on a canal boat we were paying £400. We never used our week and we regretted buying it as soon as we brought it, i mean would you like to sail up a canal in Feburary really? Our maintainance fee was going up and up and just couldnt get out of it. 

We were offered fantastic exchanges for our week which of course we never saw.

We owned *****and i was paying out £1800 in maintenance a year. i am now a retired farmer and as people may know with the industry taking a kicking i just couldn't afford it any more.

We own our timeshare at *****International **** Tenerife,

We are both retired and did used to have lots of use out of our timeshare but as we got older we were unable to travel around out of the U.K, We owned 2 weeks 37 & 38 and had a 1 bedroom resort with a yearly maintenance fee of £670 which just goes up and up every year originally we paid £4000 for the use of our weeks.

We got in contact with ***** and they wouldn't help us so we had no choice but to get rid of our weeks as we were paying for something we were just not able to use and we most certainly did not want our family to have and be faced with the same problems as we faced.

We felt the service provided by Timeshare Relief was conducted very well and all members of staff that we dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable about timeshares and the other bogus companies out there trying to sell holiday clubs and other time share resorts to us, which we were just not interested in and Timeshare Relief were very different and not out to sell something just there to help, advice and take action on behalf of us.

We owned our timeshare with Diamond international holding 5000 Points with a fee of £850 per year. We contacted *** for some help and advice on what to do to come out of it and we informed that we were only able to come out of our contract if we sold our points to another *** points owner.

So Faced with the continuing maintenance and management fees we contacted Timeshare Relief after seeing an advertisement in the Ryan Air magazine and from there our appointment was arranged swiftly and we are no longer liable for any fees for ***, we are so grateful to Tina for responding very quickly to any queries we had and was most helpful but also to all the team at timeshare relief for being so helpful explaining any procedures we had to take.

We owned our Timeshare at *****, we are an elderly couple with no means of using our time on the Boat, we couldn't use it and never had used it for many reasons and we ended up having spent over £8,000 on this idle vacation.

After numerous times of contacting the resort we were not able to hand back our timeshare as they refused to take it back.

I owned my timeshare at *** which i was ripped off in the beginning in many ways, i was paying over £400 in maintenance fees and originally paid £7500 for what looked like just the privilege of having a timeshare in my name, as i had a week in June and never ever got the holidays and dates that i wanted to suit me. Then was told that it was in high demand over the world which was not true.

Timeshare relief was able to help me out of my contract and i am now able to have holidays when i want and not pay for week  that i am not using i felt the services provided by yourselves was excellent and very helpful and Tina Clarkson stood out particularly well due to being so help full and dealing with our enquires very well.
