Mr and Mrs Cartwright came to see us in February 2012, they owned at **** resorts in Portugal using the points system and owning week 50.

The couple came to see us a few years ago and they were unsure and sceptical of resale companies, in the mean time they had tried a myriad of ways to get out of their timeshare with costly formats involved and all unsuccessful.

When they came back to visit us to discuss their timeshare further we recognised them straight away and they were still sceptical but much happier to use our services seeing that we were still in business were still getting people out of their contracts as we always were. 

They used our services and were due to go on holiday at the beginning of March, on their return they had received all of the documents we had requested to get rid of their Timeshare. They signed all of the relevant documents and paperwork and sent it back to us and on the 4th May, we received a wonderful letter from them.
